We want you to love your Google Nest and home products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned hardware must be in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your Google Store account, visit your Order History, and select the item you wish to return to print a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Device

Place your device in its original box with all cables and power adapters, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
